Can I leave items in Volunteer Village while I’m on shift?
There is no secure storage area in the Volunteer Village. Volunteers should plan to bring a small, clear bag that meets the Championship Bag Policy and keep it on them at all times. All volunteers are expected to walk to their volunteer post from their check in location. Maps with walking instructions based on your assignment will be provided.

What time should I plan to arrive for my shift?
Volunteers should plan to be onsite 15-30 minutes before your shift start time. Remember to factor in traffic, time to park, shuttle, go through security, and walk to your check in location. If there is anything you’d like to do onsite / in Volunteer Village before your shift (ie. get lunch, coffee, grab snacks) that should be done before checking in for your shift. You are expected to be ready to go at the start time of your shift.
If you are running late, notify your committee chair. Make sure to include your full name if you are texting or emailing.
